  •  1 cup of water or almond milk (the almond milk must be original or unsweetened) 
  •  1 small banana or one half of a large one
  •  2 clementines or 1 orange must be peeled
  •  1 medium ripe mango (which is approximately 2 cups), must be peeled
  •  1 or one-fourth cups frozen pineapple chunks
  •  1 Tablespoon of flax seeds

 

An important thing to be noted is one can also use the fresh pineapple and frozen mango. One can also use the fresh mango and pineapple with frozen banana. Making sure that either the mango or the banana is frozen is the key factor to be taken into consideration.
